The Advanced Thin Film Sputtering Fabrication Facility (TF-FAB) is a state-of-the-art resource for creating functional nano and micro-coatings across energy conversion and storage, sensing, and biomedical applications. Our platform enables the development of films with reduced impurities and defects, higher density, and optimized thickness — enhancing solar cell efficiency, improving the adhesion, hardness, and biocompatibility of joint replacement implants, and extending device lifetimes. From research prototypes to advanced materials development, TF-FAB offers precision thin film solutions for your most demanding applications.
