The Compound Semiconductor Centre Limited (CSC) was founded in 2015 as a collaborative venture between IQE plc and Cardiff University to focus on the commercialisation of research and innovation in compound semiconductor epitaxial materials and device technologies. CSC aims to deliver novel materials solutions to enable a wide range of new applications in areas such as AI, Advanced Communications, Quantum Technologies, Advanced Manufacturing and Power Electronics, providing a complete capability from product and process innovation to high-volume manufacturing.
